Job Title:     Training Officer

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering Pension and MPF training courses and activities
  • Identify training need
  • Developing related training and sales tools
  • Back up other training sections in conducting related training courses
  • Ad-hoc assignment

 

Requirement: 

  • University degree holders
  • Passed IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5
  • Professional qualifications in CFA, CFP or FLMI is an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years of solid related experience either in sales or in training in sizable organization, preferably in the insurance, banking or financial institution
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizing and planning skills
  • High creativity and good project management skills
  • Self-motivated, confident and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
