Job Title: Training Officer
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering Pension and MPF training courses and activities
- Identify training need
- Developing related training and sales tools
- Back up other training sections in conducting related training courses
- Ad-hoc assignment
Requirement:
- University degree holders
- Passed IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5
- Professional qualifications in CFA, CFP or FLMI is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of solid related experience either in sales or in training in sizable organization, preferably in the insurance, banking or financial institution
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizing and planning skills
- High creativity and good project management skills
- Self-motivated, confident and proactive personality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
