Title: Systems Specialist (Telephone & Network)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing development, testing, documentation, maintenance of telephony systems
- Participating in systems analysis, design and user training
- Provide daily application and call center administration support to end-user and deal with vendors
- Assist end-users on systems fault analysis and project implementation.
Candidate Qualification, Knowledge and Experience
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in IVR and/or software programming
- Familiar with PBX and voice recording system administration support , Avaya CentreVu CMS report customization is definitely an advantage
- Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work independently, self-initiative and willing to work overtime, even in odd hours for systems maintenance support, drill test and application roll-out
- Willing to travel
