Title: Systems Specialist (Telephone & Network)

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing development, testing, documentation, maintenance of telephony systems
  • Participating in systems analysis, design and user training
  • Provide daily application and call center administration support to end-user and deal with vendors
  • Assist end-users on systems fault analysis and project implementation.

 

Candidate Qualification, Knowledge and Experience

 

  • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in IVR and/or software programming
  • Familiar with PBX and voice recording system administration support , Avaya CentreVu CMS report customization is definitely an advantage
  • Proficient PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently, self-initiative and willing to work overtime, even in odd hours for systems maintenance support, drill test and application roll-out
  • Willing to travel
