Job Title: Senior Officer - Sales Support
Requirements · Responsible for general sales support to Bancassurance team · Compile regular or ad hoc management reports, sales tracking reports and assist in sales incentives calculation. · Perform UAT data checking for IT projects · Handle invoices and interdepartmental charge back · Handle Sales queries concerning application procedure, underwriting guideline and product features & benefits · Assist Sales to complete application form · Prepare special quotation upon Sales request · Follow up underwriting progress for sales · Assist Sales to arrange medical exam (if applicable) · Escalate deviation request to supervisor or/and other departments for approval · Outbound calls to follow-up outstanding requirements and handles internal hotline enquiry · Regularly feedback frequently-asked questions and requests to AVP/VP of Bancassurance and Training · Update and file licensing CPD records · Assist in department monthly expenses report and handles expenses reimbursement · Provide marketing support, arrange and distribute items & marketing materials · Perform ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications · University graduate · 6 years experience in customer services, sales/agency support and insurance sales (preferred) in insurance industry · Possess IIQE license 1, 3, 5 · Professional designation (LOMA, FLMI, ACS) preferred · Excellent PC skills in MS Excel, Word , powerpoint & Access with good numeric sense & analytical mind · Good command of English & Chinese · Organize, good communication & interpersonal skills · Pleasant appearance and outgoing
