Title: Senior Executive, Customer Value Management

 

Roles and Responsibilities

-          Execute well-off customer segment platform

-          Support customer events, regular customer communications and vendor management

-          Manage and ensure smooth program implementation

-          Manage budgets and track expenses in accordance with the Group Office guidelines

-          Ensure all activities adhere to established marketing processes and policies and reinforce the brand values

-          Assist to deliver product marcom for new product launch, product revamp and develop marketing materials and through-the-line advertising

-          Liaison with multiple teams including Product Strategy & Management, Customer Campaign Management, Agency Business Development, Customer Service, IT and vendor-partners for operational activities supporting identified customer segments

-          Conduct program evaluations, track, analyze and communicate key performance indicators

-          Demonstrates strong leadership and significant influence skills to gain credibility with, and drive decision-making from, senior leadership and stakeholders across the company

-          The candidate will have tactical, day-to-day operational and implantation responsibilities which includes an array of activities from resolving system or billing issues, supporting pricing / promotional enhancements or promotional events, driving key analytical efforts, enhancing the integration between Strategic Marketing with Agency Business Development, Agency Training, partnership Distribution and other operational teams and improving the reporting and measuring of pricing and promotion effectiveness.

 

Job Requirements

-          University graduate with a degree in Business Studies, preferably with a background in marketing

-          Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally having worked for a banking / financial institution and had involvement with or developed a good understanding of general banking or wealth management services

-          Proficiency in data analysis, operations and logistics, advertising production and direct marketing, with a good commercial sense and strong communication skills and fluent in English and Chinese

-          Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines; strong demonstration of “can-do” spirit

-          Experience fostering a collaborative, yet accountable, relationship with vendor-partners is high desirable

-          Digital marketing experience and proficient in preparing user requirements and UAT required

-          Strategic thinking coupled with tactical execution is vital for this role

-          Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously is key to success in this position

-          Excellent oral and written communications skills, including experience making presentations to all levels, including senior management required

-          Must be able to effectively operate within diverse and cross functional groups, including outside vendors

-          Strong team and customer focused orientation, project management, creative and analytical skills required

-          Ability to analyze issues, develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic environment highly preferred

-          Experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and Chinese word processing and presentations
