The Founder

Advance Resources was founded and managed by Kathy Chan, a human resources professional with thirty years experience in recruitment, training and system set-up in Asian markets. Her past experience includes working for an international insurance company based in Hong Kong, as well as in corporate human resources for a regional hotel developer with six hotels in Asia, specializing on recruitment, training and manpower planning.
