Job Title:     MPF Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Provide product support and manage system enhancement projects
• Primary accountabilities include providing support to operations users when encountering production issue
• Analyzing the user requirements and coordinating user acceptance & system implementation test
• Writing up the user requirement specification for system development/enhancement
• Managing IT/Vendor to provide good quality of system deliverables

 QUALIFICATION & EXPERENCE

• University degree, preferably in Computer Studies / Information systems or related  disciplines
• At least 2 years of management experience in business analysis or pensions (MPF/ORSO) operations with project experience
• Knowledge in MPF legislation and retirement business
• Good project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Access and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
