Title: Logistic Assistant (5 months Contract)

Job Description:-

• Daily communicate with Asia Pacific Regional customers (HK, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and other South East Asia countries) for order processing.
• Provide appropriate information such as stock availability/ customer price/ delivery schedule…etc to customers to facilitate the execution of customer orders
• To assist the logistic manager to prepare inventory or other related reports
• To help logistics managers all sales invoices are matched and properly recorded in SAP system
• Input sales order into SAP system
• Coordinate with warehouse for delivery arrangement
• Check with supplier points to ensure all Supplier invoices are completely recorded into SAP
• Arrange payment by cheques / wire transfers/ Citidirect (e-banking)
• LC processing/ negotiation
• Insurance/ Claim follow up
• Prepare certification or notarization when necessary
• Issue purchase order to suppliers / vendor
• Update bank book Help prepare the bank reconciliation
• Assist SAP go live preparation
• Inventory control and MIS report
• Prepare accounting, logistic, inventory, cash flow and sales forecast report

Requirement:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years related work experience in commercial sectors
• Sound knowledge on logistics / supply chain
• Basic knowledge of accounting is an added value
• Good command of written and spoken English and conversational Mandarin
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people from diverse culture
• Initiative and positive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in SAP a plus
• Customer focus, initiative and meticulous
