Contract Secretary

Title: Contract Secretary / Personal Assistant

Main responsibilities: 

  • Personal Assistant and secretarial support to a Single Boss 
  • Filing, typing, setting up meetings, arrange appointment, composing letters
  • Translation between Chinese and English
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and make travel arrangement
  • Prepare presentation materials, compile operations reports and coordinate activities

 

Qualification & Experiences

  • University degree or above 
  • At least 5 years or above relevant experiences as Personal Assistant, Secretary and/or Executive Assistant
  • Cheerful, well organized, detail mind, mature and work independently
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good typing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Chinese
