Title: Contract Secretary / Personal Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant and secretarial support to a Single Boss
- Filing, typing, setting up meetings, arrange appointment, composing letters
- Translation between Chinese and English
- Respond to telephone inquiries and make travel arrangement
- Prepare presentation materials, compile operations reports and coordinate activities
Qualification & Experiences
- University degree or above
- At least 5 years or above relevant experiences as Personal Assistant, Secretary and/or Executive Assistant
- Cheerful, well organized, detail mind, mature and work independently
- Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good typing skills in both English and Chinese
- Effective spoken and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Chinese
