Title: Pension Administrator / Administration Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for providing excellent services to our ORSO, MPF and pension clients including processing of member enrolments, contributions, withdrawal and record keeping; and providing face-to-face customer service to clients when required.   

 

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good business acumen with openness to changes
  • A fast learner, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A team player with good PC skills
