Channel / Wholesales Manager
Core Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive services and sales advice for Bancassurance to smoothen sales and application process. Tighten bonding with business partner for business opportunities. Uplift Sales capability by delivering tailored training to specific needs.
- Achieve sales objectives by maximizing new business opportunities and retaining quality business
- Build and develop good relationship with bank staffs
- New business pre-screening, follow-up and medical case arrangement
- Assist the Account Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Uplift sales performance by providing branch visit, on-site sales coach and classroom training
Qualifications / Experience
- University graduate
- 5 years experience in Bancassurance sales
- Proactive with high results achievement orientation
- Sales Training experience definite an advantage
- Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Organize, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with front line sales & servicing experience
