Title: Administration Officer / Senior Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to Sales Department, Marketing Department, senior management & etc
- Prepare presentation materials and budget control
- Handle seminar, venue booking, external vendor, travel and lodging arrangements
- Prepare and complete budget and expense claims filing qualifications
- Contribute to team with assisting other team members as required and providing constructive feedback
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above at least 3 years in Marketing, Business Administration or related subject
- Hands on secretary and administrative experiences
- Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
- Well-organized and good team player with good interpersonal skills
- Good command in written English and Chinese proficiency in use of MS office/Excel/power point/outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to prepare internal / external correspondences independently
- Willingness, as needed, to work off hours and over the weekend
- Candidate has more experiences will be consider as Senior Officer
