Title: Administration Officer / Senior Administration Officer

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administration support to Sales Department, Marketing Department, senior management & etc
  • Prepare presentation materials and budget control
  • Handle seminar, venue booking, external vendor, travel and lodging arrangements
  • Prepare and complete budget and expense claims filing qualifications
  • Contribute to team with assisting other team members as required and providing constructive feedback
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or above at least 3 years in Marketing, Business Administration or related subject
  • Hands on secretary and administrative experiences
  • Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
  • Well-organized and good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written English and Chinese proficiency in use of MS office/Excel/power point/outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Ability to prepare internal / external correspondences independently
  • Willingness, as needed, to work off hours and over the weekend
  • Candidate has more experiences will be consider as Senior Officer
