Title: Account Manager / Assistant Account Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Focus on Pensions & Group business development through working with distribution channe
- Provide input for formulating sales & marketing strategies and
responsible for the subsequent implementation
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
- Compile regular sales reports to management and distribution channel for
business review
- Must achieve sales targets assigned by the company
Qualifications / Experience
- University degree, major in Marketing / Business Admin. Preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in pension sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales
- Solid working knowledge of Group Insurance and understanding of current market situation
- Basic MPF knowledge & Experience of distribution sales operation
- Strong understanding of consumer attitude and behavior
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent presentation / training skill
- PC skills in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good negotiations and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Aggressive to grow business (with profit)
- Successfully build strong connection with distribution channel & clients
- Always be able to give recommendations and contribute new ideas for improvement
